By placing an order, the customer unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions.

Products
The pieces offered on the website are artisanal creations, handcrafted as unique pieces or in limited editions.
Slight variations may exist from one piece to another and are part of the workshop's identity.
Product photographs are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the actual piece.
Special orders
Forma Prima offers a customization service based on items sent by the customer.
A quote is provided before any production is completed. Creation begins after written approval of the quote and receipt of the item.
Special orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Price
Prices are in euros, VAT not applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
Forma Prima reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with no retroactive effect on orders already confirmed.
Payment
Payment for orders is made online using the payment methods offered on the website (credit card or secure Wix Payments).
Orders are considered final once payment has been received.
Delivery
Orders are shipped from France via Lettre Suivie or Colissimo, with a tracking number provided to the customer.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination and circumstances (public holidays, busy periods, etc.).
Forma Prima cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay attributable to postal services.
Returns & Resizing
Each Forma Prima piece is an artisan piece, made to order, sometimes personalized, and bearing an archive number.
As such, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, these creations cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a proven defect.
Manufacturing defect: If your jewelry has a proven defect, you can contact us within 14 days of receipt at the following address: contactbiancabalea@gmail.com. After inspection, an exchange or repair will be offered.
Sizing error: Resizing is possible for a fee on many models. To request this, please write to us, indicating your order reference. We will confirm whether the operation is feasible and provide you with the practical details (times, costs, and shipping).
Exceptions: Custom-made, engraved, or specially personalized jewelry cannot be returned, exchanged, or resized under any circumstances.
Each request is handled with care, respecting the authenticity and uniqueness of Forma Prima pieces.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Exceptions:
This right does not apply to special, personalized, or custom orders, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the product in perfect condition.
Intellectual property
All creations, texts, images, logos, and content on the site are the exclusive property of Forma Prima and Bianca Balea.
Any reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
Personal data
The personal information collected is used solely for order processing and customer relations.
No data is transferred or sold to third parties.

Applicable law
These terms and conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
